Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Dakika is the seller and operator of DAKIKA, a decision-wheel and entertainment service based in Israel. Your use of the service is an agreement with Dakika.

Acceptance and accounts

By accessing or continuing to use DAKIKA, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or have the required parent or guardian permission. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate account information and protect your account credentials; you are responsible for activity on your account.

The service and your licence

DAKIKA offers decision wheels, arcade games and saved personal wheels. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service within your selected plan. Free and Plus benefits are described on the Upgrade page. Features marked as unavailable are not included in a purchase. Results are for entertainment, not professional, medical, financial, legal or safety advice; use your own judgement.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property, upload malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service without permission, or bypass technical limits. Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service except where law permits it. You must have the rights to any content you enter and must not share harmful or unlawful content.

Intellectual property and your content

Dakika retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, artwork and branding. You retain your rights to your own wheel options and other content, and grant Dakika a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service. We may remove infringing or unlawful content and suspend repeat infringers.

Payments, renewal and cancellation

DAKIKA Plus is offered at USD $3.99 per month or USD $29.99 per year. Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled. Checkout shows the total, applicable taxes and billing terms before you pay. Manage or cancel a subscription using the account subscription link or Paddle support; cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues until the paid period ends. Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics. Test checkout does not charge real money or establish a live subscription.

Paddle Buyer Terms

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Availability and responsibility

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity or result is appropriate for you. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Ending access does not remove statutory refund rights. Data following termination is handled under our Privacy Notice.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms as the service changes; material changes will be communicated where required. Israeli law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country. Payment support and refund requests can be made at paddle.net.
